Description
This Fleetwood Vanlander came in as a part exchange but unfortunately is suffering from damp issues. We will try and show as best we can the worst area’s but it doesn’t always show on the pictures so we highly recommend viewing first before making a decision. The front offside corner is damp with staining and soft spots in the top cupboard and around the window, there is signs of damp around the wheel arch on the nearside and the largest affected area is in the bathroom where the toilet is which has been boarded over with a plastic board. Slight floor delamination in the front seating area . This caravan is sold as seen and isn’t tested or warrented but would be ideal for someone to make use of it either be it restore it or use it to convert a camper, or even leave as it is for spare storage / room on the drive.
